Join us on Sunday evening for a Welcome Reception, kindly sponsored by Skycatch. The Reception takes place in Lyrath Estate Hotel from 6pm. There, you can sign in for the conference and pick up your badge. We will serve a selection of street food from The Grill and enjoy music from local trad group, Whiskers of Lichen.

You can also try your hand at Bodhrán (an ancient Irish drum) playing. The Drum Experience is a fully interactive event during which you learn to play the ancient Irish drum, the Bodhrán (Bow-Ron).The “Bodhrán” dates back to early Celtic pagan ceremonies and festivals. The Bodhrán grew in popularity when Irish music left the houses and dance halls and entered the pubs around the 1940’s.The pulsing sound of the Bodhrán replaced the rhythm of dancing feet.

If you can’t make the Welcome Reception you can sign in and collect your badge on Monday morning.
